have seen those a bit lately, not mint-

always liked them-

one of the first LGB sets i ever saw outside a shop, ill bet i was about 19, on chrstmas holiday visiting my folks

i saw it at my moms friend's house-running among the furniture in thier rather huge florida mansion, pulling the cars as well as a budwieser reefer and a couple of other US cars through R1 's' curves under the chair legs-husband had bought himself the set and at the time i had no particular love for toy like trains-but i still liked it

.....loco as i recall has the red rear lantern, which ive always liked, as well as it being ...BLUE. another favorite
