
Hi Peter, Camera was just fine.
CV settings, CV 5 is the one you need to Tame the Top Speed. Has a Default Value of 255. What this means is that the Voltage Applied to the Motor when Controller is on Full will be the Maximum allowed.
So Full Controller = Full Speed.
By reducing CV 5 to a Value of between 80 and 100 you will limit that Top Speed. You can play with CV quite happily and no harm will be done other than to reduce the Top Speed to a more realistic amount. Should you not be happy you can always return the value of CV 5 back to 255.
