Winter at Stoneycombe

Great piccies Don, you seem to have had a decent fall of snow in sunny Devon

Hi Bram
apparently in Exeter this morning, all buses were off the road, & the airport closed

And

yes

tjhe sun DID shine

for about 10 mins!¬!

Another winter, another snow fall, about 4mm fell during the night.
Nothing like the 18" my daughter got yesterday in Matlock, on top of the 8" the day before!!
but a little snow is OK for photography, too much & every thing is buried!

" Green & White Pinks"

strange, only 4mm fell on the ground but on these leaves nearly 12mm is piled up , no wind at all

Wonderful pictures, I believe it has been quite chilly over in Blighty lately

After weeks of low temps. found some frost damage

this is the wall in behind the waterfall/weir

all broke up by the frost, hopefully the liner underneath is intact
