I've not fitted one, but if I were to try my first thought would be to remove the safety valve from the boiler and refit it via a tee piece with the whistle in the other side of the tee.

The other possibility - if you don´t want to fit the T on the top - you could fit the T where the Pressure Gauge enters the boiler.

Hi there,
I have recently bought a whistle kit for my Regner Willi, but I don't know where the best steam take-off is to put the valve. I put it on the top of the water gauge, but it seems to draw the water up from the gauge and through the whistle. Has anyone else fitted one to a Willi? Where did you fit it?
