Sadly no, they're not the bits. Thanks for your help. My problem is that I have no idea what price to put on them!
The attached photo wouldn’t be the missing bits for the LGB caboose would they?
Sadly no, they're not the bits.
I would say that Jon Dunnyrail's offer for the maroon 0-6-0 is in the right field, I would have put £150 top end I think so, somewhere in the middle would be fair.
I would have thought about £200 as a starting price for the Accucraft green diesel, you might get an offer just below.
Are you familiar with the messaging system on the forum? Jon, Zerogee who commented earlier in this thread will be able to put a value on the LGB white Stainz loco.
The caboose with the missing bits, I'd go £25.
And yes, the difficulty is where the people offering the advice may be the people who are interested in buying, but none of these items fit my theme, so I'm not setting myself up.
So Mr Rhino thinks that my offer is in the right area so I would like to offer £130 for the loco Item 1 and I will pay the post as well. If you would like to send me a conversation (just click on my name under the picture in the left, replies will show in the top right) and we should be able mail each other to do the deal.Thank you everyone for your replies. I have managed to sell most of the boxed items now. The only boxed ones I have remaining are a L & B 45mm Manning Wardle 2-6-2T locomotive kit, a Lionel 773 Hudson steam loco and an Accucraft Ragleth 0-4-0 Live stem loco 1:19 scale.
I have added photographs of the unboxed items I have.
Any help in identifying the unboxed ones would be gratefully received!!
