I like the way the seller says not LGB Bachman etc so as to make one think it's not one of the hoi polloi. Mind you, it could be one of the mostly unknown limited editions with gold plated bog handles. Wot? No bog?
 
Not surprising considering someones trying to cash in given most everything LGB on Feebay is now only offered as "Buy it Now" at 20% over original MSRP, regardless of how terrible condition is.

But this is Newquid, they are now being offered by is it AMX for £29 at 2 uk sites at least (see separate chat). Hope nobody from this forum bids on it.

And there is some interesting history with this seller too....time will tell, there was another person that tried this stunt 4-5 years ago, to dump it all at a loss about a year ago.
 
Sorry boys, this is nothing. The Nip imports are selling at LGB prices on ebay.de, and no I am not a customer 8|

I think that's really so that the terms LGB Bachmann etc get caught in the search engine net of Ebay. This guy's local to me (in Hastings) so should I pay him a visit I wonder? :cool:

It says, in Ebay rules, the words 'Not, Like' are not allowed in the description title.
(if its not it then its not it and if its like it then its not it)
Its a shame Ebay never read or apply their own rules.

Yes, or at least used to, except for Power sellers. I complained on nearly 20+ listings one Power selling clown put LGB in the title even tho no EPL/LGB content, and NONE of it was pulled.

But these are the same people that wanted me to explain what I meant when I told them a seller (who did not ship my item) had died, even after sending the Obit.
 
Not such a bad buy compared with over-priced second-hand LGB Passenger Cars. In fact these cars are scarce as the only distributor has none left in stock - apparently there is a suggestion that the Chinese manufacture is re-tooling which can only be a positive.
