This has been stored away for a long time for a now abandoned idea for a project. All parts are there, including instructions but no glue (no glue came with it as new ). It is largely unassembled, only a few windows having been "glazed". It has electrics to create a glow effect, but no smoke unit (again, not part of the original item). The contents are the house, not the figures, equipment etc. An ideal complement to the firefighter sets. £30 plus £6 by MyHerrmes. Payment by cheque (item posted when cheque cleared) or PayPal.
