I'm too much of a coward to cast my own, so my new viaduct is constructed from Cain Howley's excellent mouldings plus an LGB girder bridge section. It's height is limited, not only by the height of the rest of the railway, but also by the need to be able to step over it to reach the far side of the garden.

The complete structure is just over 6' long.

Kind of expensive to have those sets shipped over here I guess
Or I would have ordered it a long time ago

I would also like to add that a large number of bridges, real ones, going over a water course aren't all built to Swiss Alpine dimensions. There are a huge number of characterful small bridges that are neither spectacularly tall or spectacularly long, but they still look the biz.
One that springs to mind is Swarkestone bridge (local to where I once lived, and a great pub at t'other end ), a road bridge over a flood plain. Cute, small and you could almost step over it
Although you certainly couldn't overtake on it...

Yes, I completely agree. I'm in awe of folks who can create the huge, spectacular civil engineering masterpieces, but would dearly like to create something in this style, which would fit in with my small English narrow gauge line.
