Apologies for getting the numbers mixed up. The rails are proper LGB brass ones in a cardboard tube. Brand new, never used. The ties you need to use them, They are seriously heavy though so postage might be pricey but I am coming over to UK (Southampton) mid Dec if that helps.
I intend putting all my stuff on Ebay but thought I would give everyone here first dibs.
I can post pics of the buildings but they can be found on the GRS web site.

Don't need any ties. I've somehow ended up with loads of them and not enough rail section... Can you confirm the rails are 1.5metre long?

I'm in no rush, but stocking up for the spring.
