Just wondering if anyone out there (Guess this is aimed more at out Dutch members.) has had any experience of the above online shop.

Placed a small order on 21st Jan, all paid for etc., shipping within a few days, item(s) showing out of stock, and now nothing, not even a reply to e-mail.
 
Update.

Have had a reply to one of my emails. Apparentley they are behind in processing orders, but it should be sorted in the next few days. We shall see what transpires, as some searching has revieled some less than hopeful reviews.

Aparentley my order was posted over the weekend, :rolleyes: but I have no way to track it. It's all sort of falling into place with other reviews I have found on the net.
Wait for ages, lack of communication, posted then now't.

BTW am I talking to myself here? Just asking.

We are, but whether Trein Plezier is, is a different matter

No you won't trust me. It's just 2 of something small to give me a visual que in the running department. But that is pending them turning up.

I just thought that our Dutch contingent at least may have had dealings with them and could offer an opinion. After all I carn't be the only person on here who had dealings with them, can I?

The silence from the rest of us, would support that assumption..

The silence could, I suppose, be partly due to a language issue?

I said it was posted so the seller had informed me, over last weekend. Well apparentley not, I have been informed that it was posted today via Royal Mail, so at least I have a tracking number now. But the will it/won't it, turn up continues.

I think that will be the when the Royal Mail takes over when arrived in UK?
 
So the small parcel arrived yesterday, just over a callender month since it was ordered and paid for.

On the face of things whilst I am happy with it, the info that has come to light via my searches online, in connection to lack of responses to emails and delayed postage are indeed true. Others have reported lack of goods and having to go down the refund route, but whilst that did not apply to me, it's something to remember.

As for the silence/language barrier of an earlier post here. All I can say is that whilst that could well be true, I know of one Dutch member who has no problems with the language, when it came to a "conversation" to chastise me.

I think this thread has now run it's course, and maybe needs to be locked, if someone could oblige.
