That grey open wagon containing wheels seems to have an LGB track cleaning pad underneath,

Slipper brake - lump of electro-magnestised iron dropped onto the track as an emergency brake.
Probably redundant on a works wagon!

My project at the moment is a trailer with a French flavour often the steps were at an angle to the rest of the platform and bodywork. Prototype and model (not yet finished).

The windows on some of the steam hauled trailers were often quite small, compared to later versions, inc. electric hauled trailers. Alyn ps like the Milan tram, Rob.

The sides of the trailer are LGB starter set coaches cut length-wise, with new windows each end. Wheels are small diameter LGB feld-bahn sets. Alyn

The trailer has now had an undercoat in green, to match the other trailers for the steam tram. Route indicator boards fitted to the sides. Windows now glazed. Wood strip work still to be fitted along with adverts etc. Alyn

More detailing to the trailer has now been added.
