No.1 out in the country. 12 months ago the flower bed behind the cutting didn't even exist. It's filling out really nicely.

Trevor Evans passes the time of day with Inspector Grimm as he waits for a trainload of passengers to arrive.

Nice bus, was that the same bloke who played in a band, Crossville Stills & Nash? :rolf::rolf::rolf:

Mel, the line's looking great; The new parts of the line look well established now - you can't see the join between the old and the new sections.

Today I are been mostly getting around to detailing coach No.1. I built this a few months ago - it's from IP's new freelance range. As it seems to spend most of it's life standing in platform 2 at Gooey (cos it looks just right), I wanted to add some detail to the ends. The steps were made from plasticard, the handrail from garden wire, the vacuum pipes from two different thickness' of wire plus some heat-shrink (really chuffed with them), the lamp iron came from Chuffed2Bits, and the chopper coupling from Accucraft. Transfers are GRS with crests made for me by a forum member back in the GSM days.

Considering what I had on in the background, from henceforth this will be known as the Royal Wedding coach.

Another recent addition to the WGLR, a Cain Howley bothy. Great concrete castings these. Puts other concrete building suppliers to shame IMO.

Nice work on the coach Mel; it does look just right:D
