Now if you read back on this thread, you'll see that the new part of the garden was described as a seating area. The reason for this has become apparent today.
We actually bought the swing seat at the back end of last year (B&Q, greatly reduced because it was no longer "seasonable") and it's been sitting in it's box in the garage. The gravelled area was carefully designed so that it would fit.

There's not that much building work left to do now, which is just as well as parts of the WGLR are in need of a little fettling. :thinking:
In other news - a very nice parcel arrived while I was putting the seat together. One of Rob's excellent Swift Sixteen wiggly van gounded bodies. A brilliant casting, it MAY end up looking a little rusty.
