uhh... did you go to the link?

Not unless you can get LGB track in 7-1/2" , but if you can spend $14,000 for a loco, you can afford the track!

You may get away with it if you laid Double Track with a 7 1/4 or 7 1/2(USA) Gauge Gap between 2 sets of Track. After all my Trains run happily on the local big train between the 5 and 7 1/4 Tracks.
