The EM&BHR today

Just back from our hols in the Forest of Dean. Whilst there we took the oppotunity to visit Dragon G Scale:bigsmile: Bought a Massoth feedback unit and some track contacts, want to make it work as a shuttle, but am having difficulties with that at the mo:wits:

Also wilst there, Mary took quite a fancy to a little battery powered loco, so I bought it for her. Really pleased with the purchase (more than I can say about the feedback unit at the mo:rolleyes: )

Nice loco Mary , Congratulations

Called into Mel's on the way home, gave it it's first propper run:thumbup: absolutly disgusted with the amount of time the loco ran for, after a full charge. It only managed to run for 2 3/4 hrs:thumbup::bigsmile:

Well impressed:bigsmile: And best of all, Mary likes her little loco:bigsmile:

Seen here making it's way round the W&GLR:bigsmile:

Sure is a cracking little loco Steve .

We were wondering where that little loco went to?

So Mary now has 2 locos then....

Nice loco Mary. So you got two loco's, so does this mean I need to buy SWMBO a second loco now to keep up?

John, in a word, yes:laugh:

Nice pics Steve. I like Marys new toy. Battery loco - great for a quick run:bigsmile:

Today, after our holiday, the garden needed some serious attention:rolleyes:

So I cracked on with it and managed to finish mid afternoon. Then the next task, a new entry to the gravel yard:thumbup: Well, I got a fair bit of spare track, and several un-needed points, so a plan was put into operation

Now need to build a new loading elevator.

Just back from another trip to Wales, work first, then a trip to Dragon G Scale:thumbup:

Bought a couple more battery loco's for Mary:thumbup: She now has 4 loco's of her own

Time for a bit of track re-aligning:thumbup:

The gap in the track is where the R1 crossover points were

Those points and that diverging junction are looking good Steve....

As you may remember I acquired 3 Battery loco's for Mary. Weell I discovered that 1 of them was 32mm. So, I though that some track would be a good idea along with a wagon. These were purchased from IP Engineering and Brandbright when we went to the 16mm show at brandon.

Mary also bought some figures to go in the wagon. Here they are:thumbup:
