<font size="4">Yesterday was cool and foggy here in Michigan. It made for some decent plumes, as you can see <a href="http://www.mylargescale.com/tabid/56/afv/topic/aff/11/aft/112873/Default">here</a> .</font>

I hadn't noticed before, but you can actually see the frost forming on the coach roofs in that shot!! They came out of the 'relatively warm' garage (about 5c or so I suppose) into the garden that was about -5, it certainly was as cold as it gets here. It was totally still as the sun came up, a very memorable morning. In fact it was still dark when I started!!

Don't often get mornings so still like that here, it's flat and windy on the part of Fraggle Rock we live in.

What happened to the handrails for the SD?
Hand rails were put in place next day waiting for the white paint to dry :D Just thought of testing locos smoke and lights all worked

Here are me latest steam plumes from yesterday afternoon. The steam whistle helps with the plumes but overuse can seriously shorten your run!

<p><font size="4">I like plumes in which you can count the chuffs, like this one...</font></p><font size="4" /><font size="4"><p><font size="4"><img border="0" alt="My new, (old), Aster Climax" src="http://1stclass.mylargescale.com/steamtom1/Dan%20Samuels'%20Fall%20SteamUp/Climax.jpg" width="2641" height="1516" /></font></p></font>

Had a live steamer run for the first time on Rockery Ridge :D Gave off some nice steam

Been a while since anyone posted to this thread. So I though that i would bring it back to life with this old picture of my long sold Pooter on my dismantled line at Luton.
