I'm looking for a small loco shed (or shed / barn type building), that has leanings towards the US style of building.

If it's leaning, all the better :D:D

I'm looking for cheap, so don't mind tatty or damaged.

I'm actually looking for what might be a shed for small locos, so that I can adapt it to become a mechanic's motor garage.

The thought occurred to me that, if in story terms, the railroad operations had changed, an earlier, small engine shed might have been abandoned, and later taken over for a different use.
 
what about the jackson miniatures goods shed, it is a shell but has a ground floor office and can be adapted as your story unfolds.

I'll keep that in mind - I have tried a devious plan (cheap) we'll have to see how that pans out...................... :smoke::smoke::smoke::smoke:
