So I want to put the signal on my siding and use the 1015u to isolate my track so I can use another loco , in the photo you’ll see the 1015u unit with a black wire coming from it . Now my questions are do I put these two bits of track together and connect the left hand 1015 to the right, if so how do I do it .
Warmest regards
Josh

If you are using that as a siding isolation then you inly need one, the other will do for another siding, only ine rail needs to be split to isolate a locomotive. If you were creating a loop with 2 points then you would need both rails to isolate the siding with the split being at each end if the loop on the same rail.
