Hi guys. I have the LGB Saxon Meyer 145. I took the power board out and replaced it with a Massoth one. I want to go back to the original MFX board. What I am wondering is where do I get a diagram to show me where the 3 main plugs go? I have looked in other Saxon locos but they all have different styled MFX board layouts. I have tried plugging them in but there are no obvious order to the plugs Layout.
thanks in advance.

Seeing as you say 'all are different' then pictures of loco interior, and the board you want to fit would help us to advise you.

This is the actual decoder sound board from the loco. What I am struggling with is the placement of the three plugs on the right hand side.
thanks

Just spent some time looking to see if I had taken a similar board out of a To Mallet that was a generic Massoth one, sadly quite different so cannot help. Moral of this story for the future is to take a picture but also scribble notes as to what goes where just in case. Sorry this sage info too late for you now, but perhaps someone on here will be able to help.

However as 2 are 3 pins and one is a 4 pin the 4 pin should be obvious, likely the 2 x 3 pin ones will be front and rear lights. Can you follow the wires through on the loco from the plug to see if that is so, then you are only likely to get them swopped. Providing you test out before you put the top back on a solution should be quite logical.

Thanks. I will start delving into them. It is the primary motor pins I am trying to figure out. One of them shorts out the decoder. I will have a play tomorrow again. Lol
thanks again.

From that I would guess a good place to start would be bottom right front motor, middle right rear motor and top right 3 way switch, or at least it should give you something to go on with testing the pins.
