Hi John, welcome back. Fear not, while you were "away" Piko bought out a new range of track including some excellent points which they market as R5, but are actually equivelant to the old LGB R3's. Dragon and others stock them and you may be pleasently surprised by the reasonable price.J2s said:Hi folks,
Some of you might remember me (hopefully for the right reasons!)
I was building a railway and a couple of nastys hit me. First major surgery then seperation.
Well I survived both, but the whole railway had to go, except me 2 Davenports. So now? Im looking for a ......couple of R3 points; its going to be a long haul back.
Condition/make immaterial. Yes I know, rocking horse poo..... but if ya dont ask.......
Cheers
John
Yes, because a lot of people are replacing them with the Piko R5'sjameshilton said:Welcome back - I've got the Europeanised version of the Bachmann Davenport - a great little engine!
As for R3s, LGB ones seem easier to obtain now as well?
