Thanks for checking that, Ed - I assume your truck licensing covers you to drive one of those?
Mind you, I think that unless we actually have over 10 people up for it, then it might be a lot cheaper and easier just to take two cars/MPVs....

Hope it's not the 18/19 May, that's one weekend I can't make it!!

I'm free (pending other things added in the meantime) anytime in Jan and Feb, all of March EXCEPT 1st-3rd, April EXCEPT 19th/20th, May EXCEPT 17th-19th. Weekdays or weekends are OK with me, though obviously not with everyone.
Oh, and P'boro 16mm bash is 27th April, and Stafford (GSC) is 24th March.

One date that's not too far in the future, is a public holiday, has a fair bit happening on the GCR and is difficult to forget is all fools day.
April 1st 2013 also happens to be Easter Monday.
