As stated elseware, I have to switch off the LGB sound in the #103 as the horn keeps blowing at slow speed, the #110 has Aristo sound. The plow sound is off as it is not plowing

I think it's a USA Trains plow with an Aristo tender. It says "Made in U.S.A ", on the base.
