Playmobil monster crane

I recently saw on a social media page, that someone made a giant crane using an old playmobil body.

so a bit of hunting around on sale sites, and a cheap crane was located.
After a bit of dismantling here’s where I’ve got to,

the next stage is a visit to the razer saw or dremel to cutoff the lugs etc

Perhaps the left over parts could be used to complete someone else's incomplete crane which may be missing some of the lower parts.
