Henri has just bought one of the 4010s and is writing about it in the thread 'My first Playmobil'. he may end up selling it! The post is worth a read.

Sorry, I don't have any to offer you, but I have found that this sort of stuff almost never turns up and model railway shows or swapmeets, but it turns up a lot at G scale events and on e-bay.

A lot of it offered on e-bay is 'collect only' too, which can work to your advantage and keep the price artificially low, provided it is near enough to go and get!

The other place to look is car boot sales.

I've just sold a 4019 to someone. However, I may have enough bits in spares to make one up for you. I'll look and see, but it may be the week after next before I can, although I'll try to make it sooner.

Hi James,

I had thought of getting in touch with Walt, someone from Playmobil UK lives in our village and reccomended him. We really need more child friendly locos here. We've three of the new locos but we could do with the Old Timer for a steam outline. We'll keep looking thanks!
