Help! I can't open the 1st attachment at all it wants to search online for a program to run it? and the 2nd attachment opens but it only shows half a page ie the right hand side is missing? is it me??

The first has a 'docx' extension so can only be opened with the later version of Word, or OpenOffice. I can't help with the second as I'm at work and my PC won't let me do anything interesting, like download stuff. I can't even always see all the pics on the forum.

sorry folks will save the first section as a .doc extension not the latest word.
Part 2 opens OK here. Page layout is tight Paul - are you set to A4 or do you have an American standard that may be smaller.?

If you have office 2000 or later (maybe earlier) you can download an extension from Microsoft which will open .docx files.
