Yes' that is PP in the green top. All the Peanuts figures are made by Schleich. I'm waiting for the arrival of Schroeder.
The film is excellent.

Lovely images. Going off topic- Please can we have the story/origin of the Ivor loco. It looks really good and very well decorated. Can't quite see the dragon in the firebox though....

Yes indeed, some parts were used from this kit. However the original card was used as a template for plastic card. The model was built by a good friend of mine in 2010.

The thing that struck me about your model was the quality of the finish. I have seen images of models made with the kit you refer to and they rarely look as good as yours.

Hope you will not mind a few more questions:

How is it powered and what chassis/wheels were used?

How does it run? (I note the tangible version of the design has a lot of overhang at the rear, I wonder if that causes any issues? Perhaps the real Ivor should have been an 0-4-2?)

James, the model is indeed far superior to the original card kit.
It is battery powered using two AA rechargeable batteries. The batteries are stored in the boiler, access is via the smoke box door. This keeps the weight forward and the locomotive balanced.
I'm not sure what chassis and wheels were used, I will have to make some enquiries.
Ivor runs extremely well and will haul two small coaches or two wagons and a brake van around the CFR for about three hours nonstop.
