Simple mistake from me last month.
My DCC output runs through a DPDT switch which sends power to either the running track or a short piece of programming track. One particular day last month I was programing an LS chip that I had just fitted into a loco and was renumbering the said chip. In my haste I forgot to check which way the switch was and sent the program down the running track instead of the programing track. No problem I thought as no locos were on the running track, however I forgot about my two point (switch) decoders that control 13 points on the railway and consequently reprogrammed them to thing they were loco decoders. Yep I had killed all motorised point movement.
After talking to Mark at Grail last weekend (muns of Garden rail outlet) he gave me a few thing to try, the first one to alter CV29 to 128. well this worked and now my point decoders are both up and working again. Thank for the advice Mark, much appreciated.
