Obtaining Pola G spare parts

Has anyone had experience of obtaining spare parts from Faller in Germany for Pola G scale kits, I just want to know if it is worth contacting them to get some spares.

I have, once for a missing part and once for a deformed part. Give them the model number, sprue number and part number and they send replacements quickly and freebie. Great bunch.
If it's parts for scratchbuilding you want then they also do sets with doors, windows, flooring etc.

i have done the same
the absolute easiest way s to use the assembly diagram-if you still have it
i now keep them for such instances

write them and without further response, the part will appear in the post a week or two later
