Hi I'm new to this need some help. I have a g scale newqida loco which has worn the worm gears out on the motor does anyone know if I can get spares

I would get in touch with ECR (East Coast Railways), here:

If they don't actually stock the spares, they often offer faulty/returned/damaged locos at cut prices - so they might have one that they would be prepared to strip for the parts you need....?

They (ECR) do sell spare gears etc on Ebay

I got replacement wheels from Zenner in Germany evidently they strip Nequida and put new mechanisms under them.
They strip the Newquida ones and sell the parts you may be able to get a replacement motor complete with gears to save messing around. They are on Evil Bay.

Is it a Marklin/LGB block, or do they make something more 'bespoke'?
