New Regner Locos

The coal fired loco is interesting. I'd take the quoted scale of 1:22.5 with a large pinch of salt though. If it's based on Chaloner it's nearer 7/8ths.
 
Page 46, lower item, fills me with a mixture of fear and longing.
I was never quite daft enough to buy a used NSU RO80 - now Regner are offering a steam Wankel motor.
Two questions:-
How long will it last?
How can I avoid getting one?

Not sure what that link at top was either, but if you go to their main page, click on the black cover of the 09/10 catalog and use the catalog viewer, it comes up:

The link was to a translated version of the page, German isn't much use if you don't understand it!

Anyway some nice looking stuff there, no matter what language it's in. I like the idea of the coal fired loco but not using the chaloner style, it's just too big.

I think there was some sort of problem between the link from your to my machine on the link. Could not get anything to work on the Google screen shot, but the original worked fine on my end.

I drove one in 1992 or so, very much like my Citroen DS/IDs I had at the time, great car, but another friend has one that has been a nightmare....
