New railway, new video. Getting established now

Re:New railway, new video

Nice one Tim. It looks a steady climb up to the second reverse loop.

(I spotted the track contacts for your reverse loop circuits) :D

Re:New railway, new video

I had to rebuild the incline as the ge4/4 could only just manage 3 coaches up it before, now it does 4 plus wagons. I'm happy there is no hesitation on the automatic reversal at all.

Re:New railway, new video

Took me a while to down load, but it worked fine and I enjoyed my trip on your railway Tim.

It's come on well in just a few short months....

I noticed it took a long time to download when I finished uploading too, not sure why. I was surprised how long it took to upload it to youtube, around 4 hours. It took all of our bandwidth, the kids (and myself) couldn't get onto xbox live to play online games at all. Doesn't help we live a little way from the exchange.

Re:New railway, new video

Well as I'm bored out of my skull waiting for my knee to heal I thought I'd make a new vid this morning. Still a bit of work to do, the main station needs sorting, more signalling to be installed and a bit of wiring to go. At least the kids have the Playmobil station to play with though!

Please be patient at the start, the other train was running late :D
Nearly forgot to mention, a big thanks to Ian S for the R3 points, all installed now. I've smoothed out all the reverse curves and removed most of the R1s from the main line, although still stuck with one loop with them.
