New from Germany

Hello UodalKauf, I am relatively close to you. I live in Arnhem, the Netherlands, so we're an hour and a half apart.

Welcome from The Netherlands. Maybe I can help you coping with the problem of limited space inside your flat. I build 4 layers of double track against the wall and put a motorised lift of half the layer length against it. I now can look nicely at all my trains very well and have plenty of space to put every wagon on the tracks.
You can check it out in my book on Amazon named “Our Model Garden Railway”. Should you have any questions please feel free to ask me.
Now that is a Railway Room!

Hello! I am an almost lifelong model railroader (got my first HO model railroad at 8 of 9 years) and had worked/played in almost any Scale (except TT). Years ago I had a Large Scale garden railroad (LGB) and now I started a small industrial US Large Scale switching layout in the sleeping room of my flat. I am a freelancer in culturel school projects and also partly retired. I am here to find interesting information about our hobby and discuss topics that I am interested in with other members.
