Need Trolley pole from Bachmann United Traction streetcar

Hello kind stranger,

I’m in need of the metal hinge part of the trolley pole on the Bachmann G Streetcars. I have both springs. It appears you can’t buy these separately from the entire shell. If one of you has a spare, I’d be very grateful.

Here is the broken part (note the missing cross-bar) and the identical intact part on the other tram. Whatever metal it's made from is quite impervious to my soldering attempts, with every solder I can think of. Also does not glue well, due to the force of the springs.

I have an entire Christmas trolley for parts. The whole thing is there except for Santa and the elf. The motor block is dead but everything else is in great shape. Let me get some pics and we'll try to get a cost on shipping then we'll go from there.
I was just getting ready to list it on ebay but would rather get it to somebody on these boards!
