Just ordered some more nameplates from Narrow Planet and discovered they have 25% discount at the moment - which means a pair of 16mm scale nameplates are around £7.50

Thanks for that information as I need to get some plates made for some of my loco fleet. Nameplates don't seem to be as readilly available as they were a few years back.

Will get an order in with them tomorrow..........
 
Both these valuable contacts are already in the 'Links' section. I have added Name Plates to their tags.
 
The nameplates I ordered back at the beginning of May turned up earlier this week (they produce them in batches, so there was a bit of a delay until the next production run) so after painting the backgrounds they have now been fitted to their respective locomotives.

Rather pleased with the way they turned out, and much better with names fitted than just the (Roundhouse) numberplates previously attached to the three locos.

Just ordered 3 more sets of nameplates for some of my locos.........

I must admit, I didn't even look - I simply know that nameplates = Narrow Planet :nod::nod:

Never mind, the nameplates are still pretty cool :cool::cool::cool::cool:

Nah, not Shakespeare, it's a Norfolk loco, named after our Norfolk hero :nod::nod::nod:
 
If we are talking about nameplates should that not be the 'hero cast'?
