Here are some namplates I have been working on and are alternate methods than what can be purchased.
Remus and Herculaneum were made by using white background decal paper printed with a laser printer. Very easy to apply and the colors are a bit better than what the camera shows. The decals were drawn with Vizio.

Spiro's nameplates were made from the original Wilma nameplates flipped around and the back was finished with 400 and 600 grit sandpaper and then polished before applying a decal. The decal was printed on clear decal paper with a laser printer. Clear gloss enamel was added before the decal was applied and then after the decal was applied.

Spartacus and Romulus were made from strip brass .026" thick cut to size and the same decal method as Spiro. Romulus is a kit built Roundhouse Colonial which is the first steamer I built and owned.
