Motor Supression

I am converting a Bachmann Annie to RC/Battery power and I noticed there is no supression on the motor.

Anyone able to tell me what to use, your help would be much appreciated.

I suggest you contact the manufacturer/supplier of the R/C motor control gear. It may have some suppression built in or it may perform better with some types of suppression than others.
 
What sort of motor noise suppression, and indeed if any is required at all, does depend on the type R/C equipment being used and what brand of ESC you propose.
If you are using 2.4 GHz R/C then you need not worry too much about motor noise suppression at all.
