Massoth XLS Sound Problems

Having finally received an XLS decoder this week I've installed it only to find that pressing a function key gets me the sound of that number spoken in clear German!
Has it just not been programmed or is there anything I can do about it?

Did the supplier load any sounds on to it for you?

Supposedly they did but it came with a photocopied instruction book and no box which didn't inspire confidence to be honest.

I was thinking the same thing. It's a shame because I've waiting months for it,loath to send it back to be programmed because I might not see it again for months
