Hi All,
So Dan very kindly put me up for a couple of days after a business trip in the US.
He lives in a beautiful home (I won't post pics for privacy reasons) but take my word it is fantastic - and he BUILT it HIMSELF!
The railway is a cracker and by UK standards really big and packed with detail. Also Dan needs to post you all some low aspect night shots as it is lit in a really atmospheric way and even has a power plant that smokes. My battery was flat when we were out there so Dan needs to post some pics.
So door to door it was car-train-cab-plane-bus-car 18hrs - longest ever gscalecentral visit?
Thanks again Dan and here is his railway- as Dan said himself it comes to life in Summer but I think it looks good now:
Oh and while we are talking Dan I included the GG1 which is a favrouite loco- it thundered up and down the NE Corridor when Dan was a lad...
