Loco does not respond to throttle

I figured out my problem. I had older power pack that puts out 15 amps and is strong enough to run what I have on layout. It worked fine. The MRC pack is being overdrawn by the USA loco and the heavyweight cars. The USA 10 amp power pack that was on the layout originally is defiantly NG . Spoke to USA and it is still under warranty

This combination of loco and cars sounds very impressive!
