I am on the lookout for LGB Trams,, And USA Streetcars

If any one has any for sale please get in touch, digital on board preferred and sound in the case of the streetcars, but not essential.

I am aware of what is currently on offer in the retailers, but looking to see if there are any private sales first.

I am just refreshing this request for LGB Trams & Streetcars..

I have so far secured a streetcar, but as yet nothing else, I am still interested in any TRAMS or Streetcars which may be for sale.

I have had some communications from members, but no real responses to my replies

(one member who replied does not seem to be a member any more?)

How about a PCC? American Stock Sale 2 on the forum.

Besides the streetcar from me Steve, did you get the NY one recently on fleabay?

No Did not see the eaby one how much was it?

My NY one came from the Chasewater area.

GRS alsoo have a NY one on £600.

and several trams I may go for one but we shall see, not easy to get a good verbal description from them over the phone,

PS the NY one I got was lacking 1 trolley pole!!, but revisions to the rooves on both means this is not a problem!!

So my `Orleans` jobbie with the interesting mix of trolley pole problem....was no problem! :D ;D

The NY one on ebay went for about £290...it had all of its poles as well.....

I take it that you are running them like inter-urbans. I am going to do that with one streetcar. I have been collecting of the detail paraphernalia to add to the roof to make it a gas powered one. Although the colour scheme is not correct for the ones that ran from Denver, I will be running it as an addition to the `Beaver Creek Transportation Company`...it already has a customised livery-RDC-3 (also never run on Rio Grande rails)

Steve,
Did the Chasewater one involve a 'very dirty' swap, by any chance?
PhilP.

As Captain mainwaring would say, " I was wondering when someone would spot that one" !!

PS Shhhhh but I have a Mallet listed!! perhaps not suited to yr lines though!

Ah, there are 'Mallets of many colours' here already.. Sometimes more than one the same!! :o

There is a nice Orient set running round, which would convert into a reasonable second-hand family saloon!! ??? :o :o ;)
Very scary, when you do the math.. :o

RE TRAMS & STREET CARS WANTED................I have now obtained enough ( for the time being)

Thanks to all who responded.
