Looking for a roof for the Post Van or similar, if anyone has one going spare please....

No but if you pushed I'm ordering from modelland next week

Having a sort out of my stuff, and came across a 3019 post van but it’s roof is missing! Along with a few other parts....
A plain van roof will be fine, just not a clerestory one.
I half remember doing a roof shuffle around a few years ago, and this van being in the worst condition sacrificed its roof.
I’ll be at Stoneleigh later this month, also the show at the NEC the following day.

Gosh Malcolm, this is from 7 years ago!

I'm sorted now thanks....

Perhaps I should have started a new thread. Looking for a roof for a 3019 van....

An odd way to go about this, bought a post van at Llangollen which was missing a few bits( couplers, lights ) but did have a good roof, and a ball bearing pickup wheel set. Now have made 1 good one out of the two!

What we at my old work place used to call a Frankenstein!

It's good when you can refurbish an old van from cheap second hand parts....

Don't mention that to my boss, please Gizzy, we're due new vans, so he might get "ideas". He's bad enough without "ideas"
