I somehow burned out the PCB in my track cleaning engine. It is the 4th version of the (yellow) LGB 20670 track cleaning engine uses an LGB E129813 PCB, which is no longer avail. I tried replacing the 4 diodes on the board and while it not longer is pulling high amps, it will not respond to power or DCC commands. I am thinking I would like to try convert this using a Massoth 8150001 eMOTION XL Loco Decoder. or other decoder unless someone has suggestions.
The issue with using a 3rd party decoder is that LGB uses all black wire cable to connect to their PCB and I was wondering if you someone had a breakdown on which wires go where from that PCB. I also would like to be able to control both the loco functions as well as the speed of the cleaning wheels.
Any help come someone who has already done this would be appreciated. Thanks.
