I have for sale an lgb 20232 in union pacific livery. Unboxed Used condition , some marks here and there ,looks good and runs well. I’ve added a few extras.
1. I’ve fitted a Massoth L decoder to the loco circuit board inside the boiler. Currently set to 121 but works on analogue as well.
2. The loco has factory fitted sound, chuffs and the bell and whistle are activated via a track magnet. There are no standing sounds. There is the capability to add a second decoder to the tender circuit board which would then control the bell and whistle on a dcc handset. No magnet is included.
3. In the tender I’ve fitted a Massoth power cap to aid the loco over dead spots in the track. The red and black connectors connect the power cap to the decoder in the loco. As I’ve set it up when the loco is lifted off the dcc track or if the power is turned off ,the wheels will move for a short while until the power cap has run out of charge. I believe this could be turned off in analogue mode or a switch could be added to disable the power cap.
4. A Massoth firebox flicker has been added, front headlight works but I must have not connected the rear but this could easily be done.
5. Two Bachmann figures added, the driver will need to be re glued.
I’ve seen some of these sell on eBay for around £160 without the dcc etc.
I’m asking for £210 which includes p&p uk only. Or collection from Leicester area for £200
