Just happened to pick up a copy of Voie Libre and it features Bernard Junk's model - L'Aubraie.
It's only 160 x 70 cm but packed with detail.

Rik - if you go to the Voie Libre website, there will be a downloadable (free) PDF of a full English translation of all the text in the issue; it's great that they provide this, and I've suggested the same thing to the publishers of several of the German G mags (Gartenbahn, Gartenbahn Profi, Volldampf) but they all seem to think it would be too much work/expense for too little gain for them... I've tried to tell them it would enormously increase their readership in the UK, USA and probably a lot of other places too, but to no avail.... :@

Do check it out for Voie Libre though!

Jon.

Thanks Jon
Just checked and there's a translation of issue 72 but not yet one for issue 73 - presumably it will appear shortly

That's a really useful feature. As you say, a shame other mags haven't picked up on it. Really good mag, too. From my shaky translation the article about L'Aubraie almost sounds poetic.

There's also an interesting article on making your own power buffers as well. It looks to me as if it's little more than a capacitor plus a diode and a resistor. Would like to see translation of that - don't want to risk blowing up a decoder because my French translation is faulty.

Yes, they're usually no more than a few days behind the release of the magazine. I'm not sure if they also have a library of the PDFs for back-issues or not.
Glad it was helpful! :)

You can get the mag in ENGLISH via Zineo - I buy them individually (about £5 an issue) on my iPad. Great mag, tons of character and lovely variety of articles - one of my favourites :)
