How to remove the roofs on LGB RhB Mark IV coaches LGB 30511,12,14, 35513

Just received my new LGB, RhB Mark IV coach and need to remove the roof. I've had some trouble getting the roof to unsnap like the older RhB coaches. These have quite an interior roof structure w/ lighting and am wondering if that is part of my problem. I need to get passengers inside and they can't find their way in!

Thanks for your quick reply and help. I was told by Marklin that there were no manuals, parts lists, etc.. I should have looked under the LGB product catalog and should have found this! Thanks again.

My coach arrived damaged as the styrofoam inserts were smashed and broken. The sliding door hinge on one door was snapped apart from the shipping. One of the trucks was completely destroyed and part of one of the side frames was found inside the coach! Had a hard time shaking it out of the seats! A new coach is on its way!

LGB usually replaces damaged goods, call them or the dealer you bought this from. I assume when stated new it was from a dealer.
