Extreme damage after 14 yrs outside in New England cause unknown, 10' curve section heavily damaged bent in and up1.5 " After 6 hrs of gently hand bending only the damaged rail (indoors,)only do the bent in part First, leave the upswept alone, get it as good as you can ( lots of time here, walk away alot),, once you see no improvement in the handiwork, need a mounted sort of round object( used frame of a vise mounted, NOT the jaws ) markered metal for spot indented still ,gently 2 points L & 2 pts R if it looks better Stop, now to flatten the up tipping track. Place bottom of track facing you up, railhead down on plywood only bent area on wood , good section clear. With a 3 lb Brass sledge, dead straight light hits good end , c ,bad. Don't Kill It, weight of the hammer does the work, check 2-3 passes should do it, and the slight inward will also change better. If track is now flat, might have to do 1 point L&R, GENTLE is the key here Take your time. I honestly don't know if this would work with Brass rail, use much less pressure/force maybe all by hand.Too Hope this helps you. R
