I have 8 steak wagons to fill, but didn't want to use logs, so I came up with the idea of making some boxes.

Made a mold from the master and cast them in Polyurathane.

Here's the parts.

The idea for filling the wagons is this. One way will be 2 boxes, the other way 3

Very good indeed (I'm all for mass production) - but I'm intrigued. I know how to make a master (and a mould) but am unsure about the polyurethane - where do you get it from and how do use it?
