All ready now to make a fresh start when the weather allows. The photos taken from the scaffolding put up for roof repairs throw a different view of the railway.

Pete, Can you 'click' on your pictures to place them in the message - I'm having trouble opening up those little icons; I was having the same probs last week on a different computer.

will with pleasure if you can tell me how as I wanted then that way in the first place but this is how they ended up.

Thats quite a railway , the spiral is an impressive feature:nerd: I glad to see in your last picture that you have left somewhere to hang the washing out :rolf:

If you edit your post, you should see a list of the files at the bottom as per my picture here.

If you ensure you place your cursor at the end of your text in the main box, then click on each of the boxes as shown below the text I've circled in red, it will place the photo file as attachment0, attachment1, etc....

Wow Peter, you have been a busy boy since I last came to see you. I'll have to arrange for another visit when the weather gets better.

Nice to see you've left a little for Margaret.

youve been a busy lad!!

Well Peter, I see you are not going to waste the extra land behind the Chapel. All looking very good. .. Fred

OOOOhhhhhh yes very very nice
Really like the Spiral mountain scene

That's a great looking railway! And at a level that is easy on the back.

It is far larger than I imagined - I bet you get some good running times on that layout! Looks brilliant:thumbup:

Most impressive, I like the water feature and the conifers, are they growing in the ground or are they potted? I ask because I'm thinking of trying some "trees" but they have to be in pots and that would involve a watering system of some sort...

Thanks for your comments, as for the trees they are all in the ground, the water feature is stone walling filled with silo as it was built ( rubble really to dispose of it ) until I got to the last 12" then good soil for planting. the large mountain against the fence is going to hold potted trees as it is hollow so I had thought of just cutting holes throw the concrete and pushing in pots but you have made me think, WHAT ABOUT WATERING.
