Andy Rush used to use this sort of stuff outside. We got two different sorts from a guy we knew near March and 1 sort lasts outside well the other does not. Both were a card exterior! What Andy used to do was to PVA the sides and sprinkle Kiln Dried Sand on the surface. This method did not make any difference to the one type of board that delaminated. I have in my Garden the remains of his old Engine Shed that I have converted to a 2 story Factory and it is still going strong some 6-7 years after construction. It is a little Camera shy but does appear in all of these pictures. It is the paper core stuff. Strip back a corner to check. Bugger.
The foambord I use Gareth is solid thought and through..the stuff from hobbiecraft that I've seen is paper?backed honeycomb middle. .not the same stuff.
