Why yes it is!! I forgot where that came from thank you Garret it is a nice one but alas must go as I still have three others and I need more steam, more steam I say!!!!!!!!

I have no other Gauge I stuff, but I like your 0-4-0 tank for some reason (probably its homebuilt looks and meths firing)....where did you find it?
